The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
The operating hours of each attraction are subject to change due to the pandemic
Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour. Please carry your documents at all times in case of such an event
Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
Each traveler may carry 1 piece of large-size luggage under 28" and 20 kg and 1 piece of carry-on baggage
The return time is subject to change due to traffic and weather. Please refrain from arranging other activities or flights on the day of the tour to avoid delays
The tour guide will assist travelers who wish to attend optional experiences; otherwise, travelers are free to explore surrounding sights and agree on a meeting spot and time with the tour guide
All tickets shall be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use tickets they purchased on their own (e.g. City Pass)
The ticket prices are for reference only and subject to change due to seasonality. Please refer to the official website or on-site announcement for details on rates
In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays which cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
Please keep your luggage secure at all times. Travelers will be held responsible for any missing or damaged luggage. If a traveler loses or damages their luggage as a result of a vehicle's mechanical breakdown, only partial refunds will be issued
If a bus is late, travelers will be paid in part based on the length of the delay. The tour guide will explain the compensation details on-site; please comply with the compensation arrangements accordingly
In the event of adverse traffic, weather, and force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. The attraction tickets will be refunded (except those not covered in the package). Keep in mind that the registration fee is non-refundable
