• Depending on the video you watch, you may experience symptoms of video sickness, such as light-headedness or nausea.

*Symptoms of video sickness may become more severe after a certain amount of time has passed, rather than during or immediately after viewing.

• Please refrain from eating or drinking (including gum and candy) during the experience.

• If you feel unwell, please contact the nearby management staff immediately.

• Parents, please pay close attention to your child's behavior.

• Taking photos and videos is only possible for some content, but please be careful not to cause any inconvenience to other customers.

• Auxiliary equipment such as monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, etc. may not be used for photography.

• Various media interviews and filming may take place. If you do not agree to be photographed, please ask a nearby staff member.

• We do not allow filming or interviews for commercial purposes without prior consent.

• You may be asked to present your ID upon entry.
