Although the boat does not have a roof, it will operate even in light rain. If rain is forecast, please prepare rain gear such as a raincoat in advance.

In the event of bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances, we may be forced to change course or cancel the operation altogether.

Generally, the boat will still operate even if the cherry blossoms have not yet bloomed or have almost all fallen. However, please note that even in such cases, there will be no refunds of the boat fare.

On the day of departure, please complete the boarding procedures at least 20 minutes before departure. After that, we will guide you on board in order of reservation 10 minutes before departure. If you have not completed the procedures by that time, you will not be able to board the ship, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but please be careful.

We may ask you to move seats to allow elderly or physically disabled people to sit in their preferred seats, or to allow other customers to sit with their companions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

The restrooms are located at the rear of the ship, making them difficult to access from the bow. We recommend that you use a subway restroom or similar facility beforehand.
