- Since the number of participants for this trip is limited, we recommend making a reservation at least 1 week in advance
- Since this is a trekking experience, comfortable sneakers or hiking shoes are recommended
- If you wear shoes or clothing that is not suitable for trekking, such as heels/sneakers/sports shoes/jeans/slacks/formal dress pants, it may be difficult to participate in the entire itinerary

- Cancellation policy is calculated in business days excluding weekends and public holidays
- Cancellation is only possible during regular business hours
- For cancellations outside of regular business hours, the next-day rule applies

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
