We cannot accept changes to the time or date for customer convenience.
Changes and cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Your reservation time is the tour start time. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time and complete the reception so that you can get changed and ready.
Please note that if you arrive after the start time, you will not be able to join the tour as there will be other customers. In addition, please note that the tour fee will not be refunded in such cases.
Parking lots are expected to be crowded on summer weekends, holidays, and during long weekends. Please allow yourself plenty of time.
