[Notes on participating in the course]

We cannot accept changes to the time or date for customer convenience.
Changes and cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy.
・About the meeting time.
Your reservation time is the tour start time. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time and complete the reception so that you can get changed and ready.
Please note that if you arrive after the start time, you will not be able to join the tour as there will be other customers. In addition, please note that the tour fee will not be refunded in such cases.
Parking lots are expected to be crowded on summer weekends, holidays, and during long weekends. Please allow yourself plenty of time.
・The following people cannot participate:
Those who will be boarding a plane on the day (18 hours must be allowed after diving), pregnant women, those weighing over 100kg, those who have difficulty wearing equipment, those whose doctor has prohibited or restricted exercise, those currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication, those with a chronic illness or medical history (participation is permitted with a doctor's certificate. Please be sure to bring your doctor's certificate), those who fit any of the relevant categories on the medical questionnaire on the day, those who are feeling unwell, those who have been drinking or have a hangover, and those who are unable to follow the instructions of staff.
Please note that no refunds will be given if you are unable to participate due to the above reasons.

[About point changes]
Depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day, swimming may be prohibited near the cave. In that case, the tour will be changed to a safer location. By making a reservation, you agree to the above. Cancellations due to a change in the location will be considered same-day cancellations and no refunds will be given.
[Regarding tour cancellations]
The tour will be canceled if the Okinawa Meteorological Observatory issues a high wave warning. Please note that the tour may also be canceled if the ocean conditions on the day are deemed dangerous. In such cases, the tour fee will be refunded, but transportation costs, parking fees, etc. will not be reimbursed.

- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
