- Inter-island airline flight prices are subject to change, and if unavailable at the current tour price, alternate flights are often available for an additional fee. These fees are non-refundable
- Please arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance. Travelers who miss their flights will not be compensated

- Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency
- The tour is free for children below 2 years old who do not occupy a seat on a plane and throughout the tour
- Children from 3 to 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times

If your flight is cancelled due to force majeure or other unforeseen weather conditions, guests can either rebook for another day or receive a refund

The return time is subject to change depending on traffic conditions. Please refrain from arranging activities and flights other than this tour to avoid delays
It is prohibited to board a plane within 24 hours after diving. Local agency reserves the right to decline service for customers who do not comply with diving regulations
The flight confirmation will be emailed to you 1 week before your departure date
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
