- What age group is 'Dinoland' suitable for?
Dinoland is suitable for kids 3 and up. There is no age limit for teens and adults!
- How long is the entire guided trek?
The entire guided trek is 1.5 hours including all activities!
- What is the recommended attire?
There are no specific requirements for attire. Do come in covered shoes for nature pathways.
- Will the trek/tour be affected by the weather?
Absolutely not. The entire trek is conducted indoors with air conditioning.
- Will kids be afraid of the dinosaurs?
Some kids might be afraid at the beginning as the dinosaurs are realistic. However, the rangers will do their best to assure the kids and help them adapt to the environment quickly!
- Must parents participate in the guided tour together with kids?
Kids below 12 will require at least 1 adult guardian for safety purposes! (guardians will require tickets too)
- Do kids below 3 years require a ticket?
Due to a maximum capacity limit of 20 pax per tour, only infants below 1 year do not require a ticket to join the tour!
- Do I have to arrive early for registration?
As the tour will start on the dot, please arrive 5–10 minutes ahead of your tour if you have not completed the online registration form.
- Do I need to be vaccinated to join the tour?
W.E.F from 26 April, VDS is not required.
- Do I need to make a booking?
We advise you to make a booking prior to visiting as we run on limited slots per session. If we are fully booked we cannot accept walk-ins for that session.
- Are strollers or wheelchairs allowed?
Strollers or any pushable items cannot be brought into the premises due to the uneven flooring to mimic the concept of nature and our activities(river crossing/climbing/cave exploring). If you're bringing a stroller, you may park it out at our ticketing counter during your visit!

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
