  • 11:50 am: Lake Toya area sightseeing
  • 3:30 pm: Check-in to Niseko White Villas

[Day 2]

  • 8:30 am: Free skiing at the ski resort
  • 3:30 pm Five Color Hot Spring
  • 5:30 pm: Return to Sapporo City and end the trip

  • Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free, with no size limit. For any additional luggage, you will be charged JP¥2,000/piece (please indicate the number of luggage you will be bringing when booking)
  • Children 0–2 years old are free if they do not occupy a seat. Please indicate the number of children in your group when booking. Children 3 years and above are treated as adults

  • If you collide with other tourists while skiing, only an on-site interpreter will assist in communication, and you will have to bear the medical or compensation expenses yourself

  • During the trip, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. If there is any loss, theft, damage, etc., you will be responsible for it yourself

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
