  • More luggage means less passenger seats. Please refer to the "Vehicle Info" and book accordingly. Travelers are advised to contact customer service after booking to confrim the number of passengers and luggage 
  • If you need car seats, please make a request in the "Note" section when booking

Surcharge(s)

Overtime Service Fee

If the actual service time exceeds the time listed on the package, a surcharge of A$100/per hour will be charged. (Payment should be paid in cash to the driver on site)

Reminders

  • Please book the charter service at least 2 days in advance

  • 1. If you need to cancel or reschedule after a successful booking, please inform us at least 1 day prior to the start date of service.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your tour 0–1 days before departure, please contact customer service first

  • If the service duration exceeds the plan's specified time, an overtime fee of 100 AUD per hour will be charged (less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour)

  • The listed plan prices include only the service fee for the vehicle and driver, as well as tolls. Other entrance tickets or additional charges need to be paid separately

  • Maximum daily service distance is 600 kilometers (round-trip from CBD to the Great Ocean Road)

  • The driver is proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese for communication

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
