- 11:20Board the Lake Biwa Kisen steamship bound for Chikubu Island with a scheduled departure from Nagahama Port at 11:40 am. Note that the boat schedule may be subject to adjustments based on weather and other factors
- Embark on the Chikubu Island Landing Tour with an approximate stay of 85-90 minutes. Please keep in mind that the island access time may be modified to align with the ferry schedule, and the exact duration of your stay will depend on the day of your visit
- Explore Makino Plateau Metasequoia Avenue and Makino Pic-Land at Takashima City Agricultural Park for an approximate stay of 60 minutes
- Visit Shirahige Shrine, known for its Floating Torii on Biwa Lake, and enjoy an approximate 30-minute stay. Note that for passengers on the Lake Biwa Kisen steamship, Nagahama Route (Round trip to and from Nagahama Port to Chikubu Island Port), time constraints may prevent a stop at this attraction. Instead, it will be observed from the bus for your convenience. Your understanding is greatly appreciated
- 18:00Your journey concludes in front of Kani Doraku Dotonbori Higashi Store, with an estimated arrival time between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm

- The choice of vehicles will be based on the group size, and for smaller groups, the driver will also act as the tour guide, eliminating the need for a separate guide
- On the day of the tour, smaller vehicles may be used for transportation, so kindly avoid bringing large luggage. If you must carry such items, please notify us in advance for confirmation
- Passengers aged 17 and below cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by passengers aged 18 and above
- Children aged 2 and below, not needing a seat, can participate at no cost. Each adult may bring one accompanying child without occupying a seat
- As this is a group tour, please stick to the scheduled meetup time and comply with the guide's directions. Exiting the tour midway (which necessitates signing a waiver) will be regarded as a voluntary forfeiture of the incomplete itinerary, with no additional refunds provided

In case the boat schedule is canceled due to force majeure, like severe weather preventing access to Chikubu Island, the sightseeing boat fee will be refunded, and the tour will be modified to include Hikone Castle instead
If the tour cannot proceed due to adverse weather or an insufficient number of participants, a full refund will be issued. However, if a participant chooses to depart from the tour prematurely or voluntarily abandons the itinerary, no refunds will be provided. We appreciate your understanding in this matter
Bus seats are assigned on a one-person-one-seat basis, and we are unable to accommodate requests for pre-assigned seats. Depending on the registrations for the day, it is possible that individuals of different genders may be seated next to each other. We appreciate your understanding in this regard

- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
