The peak period of red leaves is from mid-to-late October to early November. The status of the red leaves will change due to weather conditions. If the red leaves are not in good condition on the day of the tour, no refunds will be given.

Participating guests will be arranged to stay at Gwangju U Top Hotel or CS HotelH1 or similar hotels

If the restaurant is temporarily closed or unable to dine due to other reasons on the day of departure, you will have another Korean lunch instead.

The rooms will be arranged on a principle of two people per room. Each two-person room can accommodate up to two children aged 3 to 11 years old who do not occupy a bed.

If a guest registers as a single person or in an odd-numbered combination and needs to stay in a single room, he/she needs to pay the single room difference of HK$550.

For guests who sign up as a single person or participate in an odd-numbered group, the third or odd-numbered group member will need to pay a single room surcharge to stay in a single room. The company will not arrange for the guest to share a room with other group members, and the guest may not object or withdraw for any reason. .

If the 3rd or odd-numbered group member chooses not to pay the single room surcharge, he/she must agree to automatically give up the semi-shared room. That is, if 3 people stay in a 2-person room, no one can object or withdraw for any reason. If you need a single room, you need to pay an additional HKD $550 to arrange a single room.

When an accident occurs due to force majeure or physical damage or casualties occur due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel only assume the obligation to provide full rescue. The company and its members do not assume any responsibility for the damage or casualties.

If Korea's most famous authentic traditional Ssanghwa Cafe is closed on the day, it will be changed to another CAFE for 8000WON for a cup of coffee.

Each customer who embarks on a two-day tour will receive a bottle of Korean premium deep water.

A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If you change the meeting time of the itinerary reservation, we will contact you through WhatsApp/Wechat/Line and other communication methods, so please pay attention!

Due to the limited quantity and style of complimentary breakfast and drinks, guests cannot choose on-site. We apologize if we cannot meet all customer needs.
