- The number of people in a group needs to be 8 or more, and each group can have a maximum of 43 people. If the group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange another departure date.
- The charging standard is: 3 years old or above are charged as adults; children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group can only have 1 free quota).

Reminders
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place 5 minutes before. In order to avoid delaying the itinerary, no refund will be given for latecomers or no-shows.

If it rains, we will depart as usual.
The blooming conditions of the flowers will be affected by the weather. If the blooming conditions are not ideal on the day of departure, the company will not be responsible and compensate for it.
If the Skybike cannot be carried out or temporarily closed due to rain/strong wind/fog or other factors, the relevant money for the Skype ticket will be refunded.
Skybike is an open reservation, 4 people per car, seats cannot be specified, it will be arranged by Skybike staff on the day, and Skybike will make the final decision. Guests have the opportunity to ride separately or with other guests. Guests must accept this arrangement before continuing and completing the reservation.
Parents must wear a baby carrier for children under the age of three to ride the Skybike. (Baby carrier, please prepare by yourself, if not prepared on the day, you will not be able to ride.)
