Depending on the sea conditions on the day of your tour, we may not be able to take you to the Blue Grotto. (Please rest assured that the Blue Grotto is still beautiful even on cloudy or rainy days.)

If you are going to be late for your appointment: *If you are going to be late for your appointment due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as you find out. *If you do not contact us and do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will consider it a no-show and charge you 100% of the reservation fee.
Please note that you will not be able to board an airplane after participating in a scuba diving experience, as this involves changes in air pressure. * A waiting period of 12-18 hours before boarding an airplane is recommended. (This will not affect your ability to participate in diving after arriving in Okinawa by plane.)
