A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after the reservation is confirmed. Please note that refunds are not possible
Seats are randomly assigned on the day. Please note that it is not possible to specify zones and seat numbers in advance
Food and beverages (except water) in the venue are prohibited. However, water may be brought in
Telephoto camera photography and video recording are prohibited inside the venue. Baggage checks will be conducted before entering the venue
Neither the company nor the organizers are responsible for lost or stolen tickets after you receive them. Tickets will not be reissued
This ticket is offered exclusively to foreigners. Koreans are not eligible to purchase these tickets. The tickets will be issued after identification through a passport or Alien Registration Card (ARC)
On the day of the concert, all participants must bring their original passports and/or original ARC
If the reservation was made by a minor international traveler or foreigner, it will be assumed that the reservation was made under parental supervision
Entry is allowed until the start of the performance (7:00 pm). Entry is prohibited once the concert begins
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
