Yoga mats are available for rent even on the day of the event. Please ask a staff member.
Yoga mat rental fee: 300 yen (*Payment is cash only. Please pay on-site on the day of your visit.)

- Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made after application due to customer reasons.
- The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during the event.
- The participation fee does not include any insurance premiums, such as event insurance. We recommend that you purchase your own insurance.
Regarding decisions made during rainy weather
Basic Policy
- Haneda Yoga prioritizes the safety of all participants. Therefore, the decision on whether or not to hold a Haneda Yoga session will be made based on the weather forecast at 8:00 PM the day before, taking into consideration factors such as rainfall (snowfall), temperature, wind speed, and the condition of the facilities.
Regarding the decision to cancel the event due to rain.
- The decision regarding cancellation due to rain will be as follows:
① An initial decision will be made at 8:00 PM the day before, and participants will be notified via the email address they registered whether the event will be canceled or whether a decision will be made on the day of the event.
*If a decision is made on the day of the event, we will accept cancellations (refunds) as the decision will be made at the last minute.
We will inform you of the cancellation method along with the notification.
② If a decision is to be made on the day, the final decision will be made at 7:00 AM, and we will notify you of the cancellation or whether the event will proceed via the email address you registered.

- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
