In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 15:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Please arrive at the meeting place in advance as the bus will depart on time. No refund or rescheduling will be provided to guests who miss the bus.

When on a boat, each passenger is required to wear a life jacket and may also wear their own waterproof clothing

Due to force majeures, if you cannot take the Nagatoro river rafting, you can get a refund.
This tour includes a long-hour commute and a boat ride along a rough river. Participants who are in precarious health conditions (e.g., pregnancy or elderly), please take your health into consideration before booking. Please be aware that you will have to bear the risk of not being able to seek medical attention immediately even if you are not feeling well during the trip.
Please note that the departure time and route of each sightseeing spot may be adjusted according to the road conditions of the day.
Please fasten your seat belt while the bus is driving. Travelers are not permitted to roam around freely or to get on and off the bus at any time.
The vehicle will be arranged based on the group size. For smaller groups, the driver will be in charge of the guide as well throughout the tour and no additional staff will be assigned.
No ticket is required for children under the age of 3 who do not use their own seats (Limited to one child per one adult). Please let us know that if you are bringing those children in "Requests & Remarks" column. *If they require seats, the tickets are required.
Due to the limited space in the vehicle, if you are carrying large luggage, please inform us in the remarks column
The above itinerary is an estimated arrival time, and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid arranging activities that night
After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. Only return transportation expenses or local accommodation expenses and other additional expenses must be refunded. It is the responsibility of the passenger.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
