Driver and guide are encouraged to wash their hands, gargle, and thoroughly manage their physical condition.

We frequently ventilate in the vehicle.
Our Requests for our Guests
To prevent infectious diseases, some facilities cannot be entered without wearing a mask. Please wear a mask in advance and participate in the tour.
Please wear a mask and refraing from eating, drinking and talking in a loud voice in the vehicle.
We will always replace the air in the vehicle during tour.
Please kindly take all the garbage with you in the vehicle to prevent the infection of the driver and guide.
Please arrive at the meeting spot in time.
Please notice that might be crowded in sightseeing spots during weekends, holidays and events.
In case of traffic congestion or any other uncontrollable reasons, please note that changes of schedule or time shortened in each of sightseeing spots.
No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time.
We will full refund in case the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters.
As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
No smoking inside the vehicle.
Please do not stand up or walk while the vihicle is running.
All items left in the vihicle will be disposed by our company.
