For those coming by car From the Nagano Expressway Azumino IC, take National Route 147 or the parallel Northern Alps Panorama Road to Omachi. From Omachi, take National Route 148 for about 11km, turn left at the Aoki Lake sign, then turn left at the intersection 400m from the fork, and follow the lake's west shore for about 1.4km. For those coming by train Get off at Yanaba Station on the JR Oito Line and walk for 20 minutes. For those coming by other means Take the Omachi City Bus Fureai-go Taira (towards Aoki) course, get off at Aoki in about 45 minutes from Shinano Omachi Station, and walk for 8 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 7 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
