- Jinan Moss Cherry Festival: The Shibazakura Festival is held in Jinan County, North Jeolla Province every year in late April. In addition to Yoshino cherry and Yae cherry, there are also moss cherry blossoms to see in Korea. Shibazakura is different from the Sakura family. It is named after the flower shape is similar to cherry blossoms. Zhizakura itself is not a tree, but stems and leaves climb on the ground, and red or white petals cover the ground. It's very special and the colors are bright. If you love flowers, you must come and see it
- Jeonju Hanok Village: Jeonju Hanok Village is one of the representative scenic spots of Korean traditional culture. It is located in the area of Pungnam-dong and Gyo-dong in Jeonju City. There are more than 800 traditional Korean buildings in the area, preserving the ancient appearance of Hanok. The special feature of Hanok Village is the roof. - The charging standard is: 3 years old or above are charged as adults; children below 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge (Each departure group can only have 1 free quota)
- Please arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before in order to avoid delaying the next trip. No waiting for overtime will be permitted and no refunds will be given for latecomers or no-shows
- The tour fee already includes the local driver, a fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide, tips, lunch, all tickets for the itinerary, and roundtrip transportation costs

The venue may be repaired or closed due to the circumstances of the day, and the organizer has the right to decide. In case of such a situation, the company will not be responsible or compensate
The blooming condition of the flowers will be affected by the weather. If the blooming condition is not ideal on the day of departure, the company will not be responsible
The final decision of the celebration activities lies in the event holding conference. If the conference changes the schedule and the celebration is canceled on the day of departure, the company will depart as usual, only to watch the shibazakura, and not participate in any celebration activities
In the event of an accident due to force majeure or bodily injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel only undertake the obligation to rescue with all their strength, and the company and its members do not bear any responsibility for the injured or casualties
Every customer who departs for a one-day tour will receive a branch of Korean high-end deep water
A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. If you change the meeting time for the itinerary reservation, we will contact you by email
Due to the limited number and style of the complimentary breakfast and beverages, guests cannot choose them on the spot. If you have special needs, such as vegetarian or food allergies, please prepare them yourself. Free tour children who do not occupy a seat for a fee are not eligible for this offer. Please check with Customer Service Department for details
Special arrangements will be made to present each guest with a selected thoughtful breakfast bread/cake/rice ball. The number and styles of breakfasts are limited and cannot be selected
The change policy for the 1-day group is within 5 days (inclusive) before departure, half of the tour fee will be charged; within 10 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of HK$200 will be charged; within 14 days (inclusive) before departure, a handling fee of HK$100 will be charged
Outdoor activities involve risks. Travelers are recommended to purchase personal travel and medical insurance according to their own needs
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
