- The pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to within the downtown area of Seoul.
- Children under the age of 3 can travel for free, but are not allowed to participate in skiing and sledding experience, please note when ordering.
- This product does not include ski equipment (ski pants/gloves/goggles/scarves, etc.), escalators, snow lifts, ski teaching and other related expenses. (Ski equipment can be rented on the same day, and ski teaching needs to be booked 7 days in advance)

Child seat rental fee
20,000 won per set, a car can hold up to two sets.
According to Korean law, children under the age of 6 must use child seats. Please be sure to truthfully fill in the required number of child seats and pay to the driver on the spot.
Overtime service fee for English-speaking tour guide

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
