In case of flight or train delays, or a strike, please contact our customer service before your redemption date to reschedule or request a refund according to the applicable policies.
Lost and stolen passes or tickets will not be refunded or reissued
The pass must be redeemed within 11 months after purchase. If not activated within 11 months, the fare is non-refundable
Travellers must have a train pass and visa, including for countries the train passes through without disembarking
Only train passes that are not activated and completely unused are eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be processed within 11 months from the date of invoicing
When requesting a refund, a cancellation penalty (based on the refund rate shown on the pass or 15%) and processing fee of of NT$400 will be deducted. Please ensure you have all tickets, including the pass and reservation card, available for the supplier to handle the follow-up process
The supplier cannot be held responsible for any losses you may suffer due to strikes, shuttle delays, interruptions in connections, or theft or loss of luggage. In the event of an emergency as listed above, you can follow the rules for changing or refunding tickets
