  • No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor. 
  • This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus) Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey. 
  • Please keep your belongings and try not to bring valuables, you will be responsible for all damages and loss.

  • For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
