The starlight tour is the tour that is most affected by the weather. Even if it is canceled on the same day, we recommend that you apply for the tour at the earliest possible date in your itinerary to ensure departure the next day.
If the starlight is difficult to see due to sudden bad weather, the tour may be canceled on the day. Departure will be confirmed around 6pm.
Prop lighting may not be possible due to local company circumstances and cannot be confirmed. (service part)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
