- Monthly drink specials are available for purchase
- Sailing times may vary due to holidays and special events. Please check the voucher for the updated departure time and location. In the event of changes, no prior notice will be given
- The cruise departs on time. Please arrive at the port 30 minutes early as refunds will not be provided for late arrivals
- The cruise employs crowd control, and your preferred session might become unavailable. When booking, please provide alternative sessions and monitor messages from customer service
- Children under 4 years old enjoy free admission, but proof of age (e.g., passport) is required. Please specify the number of eligible children in the "Note" section while booking
- For safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour
- Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification purposes, please carry your ID documents at all times
- No refunds or compensation will be provided to guests who leave the tour midway or miss it entirely due to personal reasons, including lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, or accidents
- The itinerary may be affected by weather and other factors, please inquire with the tour staff on the day of the tour
- Once a booking has been confirmed, requests for changes or cancellation will not be granted, please double-check the selected date, traveler number, and ticket type before finalizing your booking

The cruise operates rain or shine. In severe weather or if directed by the U.S. Coast Guard, we will remain dockside with full dining service, and no refunds will be issued
Requests for a specific seat, such as a window table, will not be granted. The on-site staff will arrange seating for you for safety reasons
