- The return time is subject to change depending on traffic conditions. Please refrain from arranging activities and flights other than this tour to avoid delays
- Admission is free for children below 3 years old who do not occupy a seat. The child must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Please bring the child's passport for verification. If you would rather have a separate seat for your infant, you may purchase an adult ticket
- The tour guide will purchase tickets on travelers' behalf. Please note that travelers will not be allowed to use their own tickets bought before the tour (e.g. City Pass)
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- The vehicle type is subject to change depending on the number of passengers: 7-seater sedan, 14-seater high roof bus or medium bus, 55-61-seater large bus
- Please note that car seats are required for children below 8 years old. Therefore, the adult ticket rate applies. If a bus is arranged, parents may hold their children if they are younger than 3 years old, and tickets will not be required for the child
- Please be aware that Disneyland park tour is without a tour guide

Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for their lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered
If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that zero portions of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
