- GOLD tickets: within 1 day (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays), the show organizer will contact you to arrange seats according to the seat map and the order of bookings. After the seats are confirmed, the ticket code will be sent to you via email or Zalo.
- RED and BLUE tickets: within 2 days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays), the show organizer will arrange seats according to the seat map and the order of bookings. The ticket code will be sent to you via email or Zalo.
- For tickets that are booked close to the show date, the show organizer will send the ticket code as soon as possible.
