Each ticket is valid for the entry of 1 participant and 1 adult. Entries are for single admittance only. No exchanging of adults is allowed

Adult supervision is required at all times for participants ages 12 and below

All guests must be in good health condition before entering Kiztopia and comply with any public health directives that may be in force from time to time. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who appear to be unwell

All visitors are required to adhere to all rules and restrictions as stated by Kiztopia staff and as stated on every facility in Kiztopia

As climbing, sliding, jumping and other physical activities will be involved, it is strongly recommended for participants to wear long sleeves and jeans/pants to avoid potential abrasion

For hygiene and safety purposes, it is mandatory for all visitors to wear socks at all times within the premises. Visitors are not allowed to go barefoot and no shoes are allowed on the premises. All participants below 12 years old are required to wear non-slip socks within the premises. The management reserves the right to refuse entry if the participant does not wear non-slip socks

Non-slip socks are available for purchase at the reception counter

You may keep your footwear in the designated areas provided. Slippers will be provided for visits to the restroom

If you choose to use any locker or storage facilities offered by us, it is not recommended to store any valuables there

All strollers must be folded before being stored in the designated storage area. No strollers/prams/travel systems are allowed in any of the play areas

The management will not take responsibility for any loss or damages to property stored in any locker or storage facilities or area inside the venue (whether it arises from the management's negligence or otherwise)

To avoid contamination and other risks of exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited except for baby formulas. No food and drinks are allowed within the play areas

Kiztopia strives to keep the premises clean and comfortable for all participants. The management reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine, and leaks. The management seeks your cooperation in cleaning up after yourself or your child

The management does not condone bullying, discriminatory, or violent behavior. Anyone who displays discriminatory or aggressive behavior or uses harsh or abusive language within the premises will be asked to leave the premises and if the situation warrants it, it will be reported to the police

Any damages caused to the facilities due to bad, unruly behavior or misuse of the facilities will be claimed against you. You are to use the facilities as instructed and shall in no way cause any damage to the facilities

In the event of any mishaps or accidents, please report it to the nearest staff in sight so that immediate assistance can be rendered by our certified first-aiders who are on duty

The management reserves the right to alter operating hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice. They may from time to time have to close the premises (or certain areas of the premises). They will endeavor to provide you with as much notice of any such closures as possible. For the avoidance of doubt, they are not obliged to compensate members for any closures

The management reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove any of these House Rules at any given time without prior notice
