Healthy people aged 6-59 can participate in this experience.
Travelers under the age of 18 are required to fill out a parental consent form.
Those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18.
Those who have a history of epilepsy or heart disease, and those who are pregnant (including those who may be pregnant) cannot participate.
If you have a chronic disease such as circulatory system, respiratory system, diabetes, etc., a medical certificate with a doctor's permission in advance is required.
For your safety, it is mandatory to wear a life jacket while snorkeling. (Life jacket rental fee is included in the experience fee.)
If you have passed the reservation time / meeting time of the experience, it will be treated as a cancellation. No refunds will be given if cancellation happens without notice on the day. If you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.

[Cancellation fees] A cancellation fee (100% of the experience fee) will be charged if you cancel after 4:00 pm the day before. *If you miss the reservation time or meeting time for the experience, it will be considered a cancellation. If you cancel on the day without permission, no refunds will be given. If you are about to miss the time, please contact us as soon as possible.
