- Bikinis and swimsuits are allowed in public area Onsen. In private area Onsen, no swimsuits or clothes are allowed.
- Mikazuki Water Park 365 prohibits food and beverages that are not intended for use by children or people on a special diet. However, dining at the restaurants is permitted.
- Children under 140cm and children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Admission tickets allow you to participate in all games and visit all areas at Mikazaki Water Park 365, in accordance with regulations (excluding services requested by you). Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Protect and safeguard your personal belongings. The Management Board is not responsible for any damage to personal property that occurs within the Water Park.
- Luggage storage is free of charge. Suitcases will be kept at the reception desk on the 1st floor, while small backpacks can be stored in lockers. Customers can receive the locker key at the reception desk.

Fell free to explore the Onsen, but your head is not supposed to be submerged in an Onsen. Make sure you do not stay in the Onsen for too long. Immediately get out if you begin feeling dizzy.
