- Sea turtle sightings may be difficult depending on weather conditions on the day. In such cases, refunds are not available, but we provide a complimentary Peanut Boat ride instead.
- Jet skis can only be operated by those aged 18 and over; children aged 4-17 may ride as passengers with an adult.

- Kayak and dock fishing are currently not in operation.
- Turtle watching is possible with a probability of over 90%. Even if you cannot see it, you cannot receive a refund.
- Jet skis can only be driven by those 18 years of age or older, and children ages 4 to 17 can ride with an adult.
- Parasailing may not be available if your height or weight is under or over after confirmation by the safety staff on the day. In this case, we will issue a partial refund.
- Please prepare your own comfortable clothing, swimsuit (worn in advance), towel, camera, hat, and sunscreen.
- Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the pick-up time.
- If the pickup vehicle does not arrive even after the pickup time, please contact the emergency contact number (Korean).
