Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please always wear your seat belt throughout the ride and do not remove it unless instructed to do so by a staff member.
Please take appropriate measures according to the temperature and weather. In winter, please take measures against the cold, and in summer, please take measures against sunburn.
Please do not touch the branches or leaves of street trees as this is extremely dangerous.
Please be aware that wind and rain may cause your clothes to get wet or baggage such as hats to be blown out of the vehicle.
For children's boarding, please ensure they are supervised by a guardian.
Only drinks in plastic bottles and water bottles can be brought in.
Seats on the bus are generally assigned. Please use the same seat from departure to arrival.
All seats on the double-decker open-top bus will be assigned on the second floor. (There are no seats on the first floor.)
Seat selection by customers is not available.
For groups of three or more, seats may be assigned in front of or behind each other.
Please be aware that during or after rain, sap and water droplets may fall from street trees or when passing through tunnels.
In the event of heavy rain, snow, thunderstorms, or other inclement weather that could impede safe operation, or if the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a warning within the 23 wards, operations may be suspended or canceled.
Things that are forbidden: using umbrellas (including parasols), leaving your seat while the vehicle is moving, raising your hands or reaching outside the vehicle, eating and drinking (beverages with lids are allowed), smoking (including electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco), and taking photos using selfie sticks.
The blooming period is scheduled based on the average timing of previous years. However, the schedule may proceed as planned even if the blooming period shifts due to weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
