- For your health and safety, please adhere to the COVID-19 prevention measures required by the local government and wear a face mask throughout the tour
- Travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least 1 adult
- Vehicle type is subject to the number of travelers (7-, 14-, 55- or 61-seater vehicles)
- Complying with local laws, children under 8 must use a car seat. If a business, high roof, or flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, each child under 8 will be charged as an adult. If a non-aforementioned bus type is arranged, admission is free for children under 2 who do not occupy a seat
For example, a group of two adults and two children under 2 must book the 4-Person Room package if traveling on a business, high roof, or flat roof bus, but may book the Double Room package if traveling in a different vehicle
- The vehicle type will be confirmed 2 days before the tour. If you are traveling with children under 2, please contact KKday 2 days before departure so we can confirm the applicable package options
- Children below 8 years old are required to use a car seat. If a business/high roof/flat roof bus is used on the day of the tour, each child below 8 years old will be required to use a car seat. If you are traveling with children below 8 years old, please contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (US$10/day). Failure to do so may result in admission decline
- Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour, so please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)
- The price details are for reference only. Please refer to each attraction's official website or the on-site announcement for ticket details
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide will offer alternative arrangements in the event of attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions or force majeure and no prior notice would be provided
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Travelers are encouraged to download or print out the e-voucher for offline access
Each traveler may carry 1 piece of large-size luggage (under 28" or 20 kg) and 1 piece of carry-on baggage
Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for their lost or damaged baggage. If a traveler loses or damages their baggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered
In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) resulting in tour delays which cause travelers inconvenience or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be offered
If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that zero portions of the tour fee will be refunded; the tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
The drop-off sequence will be arranged by the tour guide to cope with the traffic conditions
Return time may be delayed depending on the traffic situation and weather; travelers are advised not to arrange other itineraries or book flights on the same day to avoid delays. Please consider before booking

Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time, participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
