- Product Information -

1. Lobster, Abalone, and Fish Maw Poon Choi:

• Ingredients include: Lobster, abalone, shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, chicken, pig trotters, fish maw, radish, fish balls, pork skin, pork belly, squid, lotus root, bean curd sticks, cuttlefish balls, taro, and nam yue (fermented bean curd) sauce.
  

2. Fish Maw and Prosperity Poon Choi:

• Ingredients include: Fat choy, dried oysters, duck feet, abalone, fish maw, shiitake mushrooms, squid, broccoli, chicken, pig trotters, radish, fish balls, pork skin, pork belly, lotus root, bean curd sticks, cuttlefish balls, taro, and nam yue (fermented bean curd) sauce.

- Serving Suggestions -

1) Open the thermal bag and check that the Poon Choi, nam yue sauce, and your choice of Wing Nin curry chili sauce or spicy sauce are all included.

2) Before heating, remove the foil and plastic wrap, pour in half of the nam yue sauce, and cover again with the foil.

3) Place the Poon Choi on a gas stove or portable induction cooker. Use a toothpick to poke a few small holes in the foil for ventilation, then heat over medium heat until thoroughly boiling! (Takes approximately 40 minutes)

4 ) Friendly Reminder: It is normal for the pork skin and lotus root to darken due to oxidation. Please enjoy with confidence.

 * Poon Choi is delivered frozen. If not consumed immediately, please store it in a refrigerator at 4°C or below for a maximum of two days.

 * Once heated, please consume the Poon Choi in one sitting to ensure food safety and quality.
