Please use the SIM Card after your arrival in a European country. After installing the SIM Card, you may have to turn your mobile phone on and off up to 5 times to have internet connection (depending on the phone model)

How to Use
－SIM Card Activation－
* Insert the SIM Card upon your arrival in a European country within the service range to activate it, please follow the instructions below:
- Insert the SIM Card in SIM Card slot 1 and empty SIM Card slot 2
- Turn on data roaming
- Your SIM card will be automatically connected to the carrier's APN once inserted
- If APN is not connected correctly, please refer to the manual for instructions
* APN Settings:
- iOS:
Settings - Mobile Data - Mobile Data Options - Turn on Data Roaming - Mobile Data Network - Set the name as "KPN Mobiel internet" and enter "portalmmm.nl" in the "APN" section (leave the remaining fields blank)
- Android:
Settings - More Networks - Mobile Networks - Turn on Data Roaming - Add New Access Point Names (APN) - Set the name as "KPN Mobiel internet" and enter "portalmmm.nl" in the "APN" section (leave the remaining fields blank)
How to Use Your Voucher

Voucher Redemption Period
- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Validity Period
- Valid for use before 2022-12-30; Invalid after expiration
- Valid for 28 days after the first use; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
