Bike Rental in Ha Long

— General Service Information —

1. Types of bikes:

• Motorbikes: Honda Wave, Yamaha Jupiter, Yamaha Sirius
  
• Scooters: Honda Vision, Honda Airblade
  

2. Daily order close time: 06:30 - 20:00 

3. Pick-up & Return points:

• Add 1: No. 86 Vuon Dao, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh
• Add 2: No. 25 Hau Can Street, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh
• Add 3: New Life Condominium, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh
• Free bike delivery within 3km radius, within Bai Chay Tourism Area
• Delivery charge of 30,000 VNĐ/bike to Ha Long City, Hung Thang, Bim, Bai Chay Bus Station, Hon Gai.
  

— Important Info —

1. The driver must be 18 years or older and have a valid driving license.

2. Required documents: Nationality Identity Number/Passport and valid driving license (Non-Vietnamese guests need to provide an international driving license (the actual license, not picture on phone or a photocopy) when receiving the motorbike from supplier

3. Rental procedures: 

• The owner will keep the renters' Nationality Identity Number/Passport as collateral and return it at the end of the trip.
  
• Ones who do not want to leave personal identities can provide photos of those identification documents and a deposit of 2 million VND to the owner.
  

4. Other services & benefits:

• All bikes are legally registered and having insurance.
  
• 2 Helmets and 1 raincoat for each bike.
• Clear and transparent rental agreement
  

5. Any surcharge for exceeding returning time (if any) is paid to the service provider in cash:

• Over 1 hour: 30.000 VND/hour exceeding
• Over 3 hours: charged at the full-day price
  

6. Other notes:

• In case there is any damage to or loss of the rented vehicle, helmet by the renter, it will be discussed by the owner and the customer to come up with the best deal.
• Guests who do not have their driver's license or do not bring their driver's license while driving, go in the opposite direction on road, or change direction without a turn signal are liable for the fines of respective traffic faults.
