    *If you are using multiple SIM cards at the same time, please make sure your data comes from the eSIM
    *APN setting is not required, as your phone will set the APN automatically. If there is no internet access, please enter "mobile.three.com.hk" manually (do not fill in the username and password text input boxes)

  • Once the installation process is completed (after QR code scanning), the eSIM cannot be transferred to a different cell phone
