- All passengers in the same booking must depart from and return to the same location
- Children under the age of 3 are not recommended to join this tour. Travellers aged under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
- All paid activities, lift passes, and lessons have to be pre-booked on the Perisher official website
- Equipment hire can not be pre-booked and must be paid directly to the store (cash or card payment).
- Seating is based on a first-come-first-serve basis

No refund or credit will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once the tour starts
Lift passes and lessons must be pre-booked directly through the Perisher website only. Please check the availability of lift passes and lessons before booking the day tour as this tour is non-refundable under any circumstances
A maximum of one suitcase under 7kg and one small carry-on per person can be placed in the overhead compartment; any carry-on that does not fit in the overhead compartment must be stored underneath the coach
A minimum amount passengers are required to operate tours; the service provider reserves the right to cancel any tour due to lack of passengers
Travel times are subject to change due to weather conditions and traffic. Any changes will be made in the best interest and safety of passengers; the service provider is not responsible for snow or weather conditions on the day of travel
Eating on the coach is permitted but, for the comfort of other passengers, hot drinks or hot food are not allowed as the odour quickly spreads throughout the coach
Only non-alcoholic beverages in plastic bottles or paper packaging are allowed on board. The consumption of alcohol is not permitted
The service provider is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage/belongings
