Our Guest Relations Officer will meet you at the aerobridge upon arrival and take you to the CIP Terminal on an electric buggy.
You are escorted through a dedicated Immigration and Customs counter and into the lounge to freshen up and relax after your trip while we retrieve your baggage.
Our team will make arrangements for your transportation to the city as well.
[Departure Service from Singapore]
When departing Singapore, you will arrive at the lobby of JetQuay CIP Terminal where our Guest Relations Officer will greet you and direct you to the lounge.
Our Guest Relations Officer will handle your baggage and check-in formalities while you enjoy the use of the CIP Terminal’s facilities. If you have booked a round trip, you will enjoy complimentary parking of up to 3 days.
Our Guest Relations Officer will then escort you to the departure gate on our electric buggy to board your flight.

- Gateway Service -
- This Meet & Assist Service is available for up to 2 persons traveling on the same flight
- Meet & Greet service with escort through immigration, baggage collection to arrival hall with or without electric buggy.
- Quayside Service -
- This Meet & Assist Service is available for up to 2 persons traveling on the same flight
- Meet & Greet service with tarmac transfer to CIP Terminal with dedicated immigration clearance, check-in facility, baggage handling and JetQuay lounge amenities.
- Policy Term & Payment -
- Maximum time for completion of service is 75 minutes for both Gateway & Quayside services. An additional event is chargeable once service exceeds 75 minutes.
- Surcharge of 50%/event applies for prolonged flight delays (>6 hours difference between STA/STD and ETA/ETD)
- Additional stops will incur a separate charge as a new event.
- Receiving/Sending- off Party (non-traveling persons) is limited to 2 persons per booking and to be waited at CIPT designated waiting area.
- Non-traveling receiving/sending party is chargeable at S$50 per Pax (subject to taxes) when consuming our JetQuay lounge F&B.
- All passengers are required to arrive at JetQuay CIP Terminal at least 120 minutes before STD. For traveling party in a group with a tax refund process, please arrive at CIP at least 150-180 minutes before STD.
- Departure through CIP Terminal is not available for Low-Cost Carriers, as well as US-based airlines, such as United Air and Delta Air. Please enquire with Jet Quay for all other airline restrictions.

Surcharge of 15%/event applies for actual flight arrival (STA) or departure (STD) time between 2200hrs to 0700hrs, operator has the right to request for payment if you fail to select the appropriate midnight surcharge option
Surcharge of 15% applies for peak season surcharges to eve/on public holidays, if the eve of or a public holiday fall within blackout dates, a blackout surcharge applies instead
Passengers are subject to the respective Airline's conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage. In addition, JetQuay baggage handling is limited to 2 pieces of check-in baggage per passenger. Additional bags are charged at 50 SGD per bag (subject to surcharges and taxes) payable over the JetQuay reception counter. Additional charges may also apply for odd sized luggage.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
