    Located within Gotemba Premium Outlets, Konohana no Yu onsen is named after the goddess Konohanasakuya-hime, enshrined at Mount Fuji and Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha. It is renowned for high-quality hot springs with views of Mount Fuji and its own natural spring source. Konohana no Yu features open-air baths with panoramic views of Mount Fuji, indoor public baths, 19 private baths (extra charge), aromatherapy saunas, and dining services.
  • Entrance Guidelines for Konohana no Yu Onsen:
  1. Outside food is not allowed inside Konohana no Yu Onsen.
  2. Refunds will be issued if the facility is closed unexpectedly due to maintenance or other reasons. 
  3. For safety reasons, infants under 3 years old and toddlers wearing diapers are not allowed in the main onsen baths. 
  4. In accordance with Japanese customs, individuals with tattoos are prohibited from entering the onsen. The facility sells tattoo-covering stickers (6 cm × 10 cm, JPY 300  including tax each) that can be purchased on-site. 
  5. If you wish to use a private onsen room at Konohana no Yu, please book plans A, B, or E (which do not include the public onsen) and inform the tour leader on the day. The staff will help check availability and assist with booking the private room. For plans C or D, on-site private onsen purchases cannot be refunded. 
  6. The onsen facilities at Konohana no Yu are only available for guests who purchase plans C or D. If participating in C or D, the shopping time at Gotemba Outlet will be shortened. Please be aware.
