  • Your motorbike will be delivered to your preferred location in General Luna. The bike must be returned to the same location before 4:00 pm
  • Should you need a rack, please choose the Honda BeAT or the XRM 125 Motard, and indicate your request in the Requests and Remarks section when booking

Purchase Notice

Guests must present the following documents upon delivery of the motorbike: 

  • International guests must present a passport, identification card, and international driver's license upon motorbike delivery
  • Filipino travelers must present a government ID and driver's license upon motorbike delivery
  • The supplier will receive one valid ID for security purposes and it must be returned along with the motorbike
  • Please provide your location information for the delivery and pick-up when booking. Delivery locations outside General Luna will result in booking cancellations

Surcharge(s)

Overtime Charge (after 4:00 pm)

The motorbike must be returned before 4:00 pm. Late returns will incur the following additional charges:
- 1–3 hours late: ₱100
- 4–6 hours late: ₱200
- Over 6 hours: ₱350

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
