Sky Terrace 428 Operating Hours: 10:00 am–10:00 pm (Mon.–Fri.) / 8:00 am–10:00 pm (Sat., Sun. & PH)
Tickets are not valid for entry to Sky Terrace 428 between 6:00pm and 8:30pm on February 18, 2026 (except for Ruby Special Priority tickets)
During the holiday period, crowd control measures will be in place at the Peak. Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance and visit during off-peak hours (before 12:00 pm). To ensure a smoother entry process, please have your ticket QR code ready in advance
Adult: 12-64 yrs old / Child: 3-11 yrs old/ Senior: 65 or older (Proof of age must be shown upon request)
There is no time restriction for the return Peak Tram. The last return is at 11:00 pm
The quality of the view cannot be guaranteed under certain circumstances such as adverse weather. Tickets cannot be refund or exchange under such circumstances
If children or seniors fail to present proof of age, a price difference must be paid to meet the adult fare for entry
Modification/cancellation is impossible once the booking is confirmed and paid for
Ticket(s) are only valid on the date specified in the booking, invalid when expired and no refunds or extensions will be made
Ticket(s) will not be refunded for no-shows
Used, invalid, incomplete or expired ticket will not be accepted
All tickets need to be used on the same date
For a smoother experience, it is recommended to visit before 2:00 pm, as peak hours are 4:00–7:00 pm and on weekends. There will also be crowd control measures during peak hours of The Peak Tram and Sky Terrace 428
Ticket holders are responsible for preventing the ticket from being damaged, counterfeited, misused, or marked or presented incorrectly, especially in the QR code area, which must be scanned at the the Peak Tram/Sky Terrace 428 admission
