  • On February 18, 2026, crowd control measures will be implemented at Sky Terrace 428 during the fireworks display. Public entry will stop at 6:00 pm, and all guests must leave by 6:30 pm. Sky Terrace 428 will reopen at 7:00 pm exclusively for guests holding a valid Ruby Special Priority Pass for that day (who have not previously entered Sky Terrace 428). Public entry will resume at 8:30 pm.
  • During the holiday period, crowd control measures will also be in place at The Peak. Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance and visit during off-peak hours (before 12:00 noon). To ensure a smoother entry process, please have your ticket QR code ready in advance.

The Peak Tram is one of the world's oldest and most famous funicular railways. Opened in May 1888, the double reversible funicular railway, as it is technically known, rises from 33m to 396m above sea level along a 1.27 km track with a gradient of between 4 to 25.7 degrees.   • The quality of the view cannot be guaranteed under certain circumstances such as adverse weather. Tickets cannot be refund or exchange under such circumstances

  • If children or seniors fail to present proof of age, a price difference must be paid to meet the adult fare for entry

  • Modification/cancellation is impossible once the booking is confirmed and paid for

  • Ticket(s) are only valid on the date specified in the booking, invalid when expired and no refunds or extensions will be made

  • Ticket(s) will not be refunded for no-shows

  • Used, invalid, incomplete or expired ticket will not be accepted

  • All tickets need to be used on the same date

  • For a smoother experience, it is recommended to visit before 2:00 pm, as peak hours are 4:00–7:00 pm and on weekends. There will also be crowd control measures during peak hours of The Peak Tram and Sky Terrace 428
