Yuquan Cave is large, stunning, and a must-see. There's a paid photo opportunity at the cave entrance; the photos can be made into newspaper headlines—very unique. In the afternoon, we had two options, and the DMM Aquarium was added at the last minute. The DMM Aquarium was beautifully decorated, not too crowded, and very comfortable to visit. The coral reef fish we saw on the glass-bottom boat at Xinyuan Beach this morning were all there at DMM.
Because this trip is not a self-drive tour, I planned to rent a car for the two-day trip to northern Okinawa. I am glad to have chosen this charter service. First before the trip there was customer service patiently confirming the travel details with me. By the day of the trip, the driver was waiting for us at the hotel door early. On the car front, the model is comfortable and quiet, and you can have a good rest in the car. Our Chinese driver was Xiao Jin. He was very young and about the same as me. He was witty and shared many moments of life in Okinawa with us. We talked throughout the trip and recommended several shops and restaurants in Okinawa worth visiting. Every time we finished visiting an attraction, we would tell him that he would turn on the air conditioner in the car on time and wait for us to get on the bus, which was very reassuring. He is more like our travel companion than the driver. I was 10% satisfied with the chartered experience this time. I will choose this company if I need it next time.
In Okinawa World, we experienced the rich Okinawan customs and felt the warmth and enthusiasm of the locals while watching drumming. The Gangara Valley showcased the grandeur of nature, and the coffee was truly delicious. Although we couldn't understand Japanese throughout the trip, we could still feel the guide's attentive and enthusiastic explanations. Just watching his gestures made even those of us who don't understand Japanese laugh along.
For those who don't want to drive themselves, joining this tour was so convenient! We visited all the classic sights! 👍 On the first day, our guide, Ms. Mou, shared stories during the northern tour, and the kids listened attentively! They loved learning through play! 💕 On the second day, our guide, Ms. Cui, shared interesting anecdotes about life in Japan, which the kids also thoroughly enjoyed. Their legs were exhausted from the previous two days, so joining the tour allowed them to rest on the bus, which was really great. The other members of the group were also very punctual, making our trip very smooth! However, if the time allotted at each attraction could be extended a bit, it would be even more perfect! 😍
Tickets are easy to purchase, and the park offers a wealth of activities. Yuquan Cave is spectacular, and there are also interactive experiences such as costume workshops, snake shows, and taiko drum performances, making it excellent value for money.
