The actual experience was great, from the pre-trip customer service communication and the dedicated group chat to the daily check-ins—everything was very prompt, friendly, and enthusiastic. The car was spacious, new, and clean, with absolutely no odors or motion sickness issues. The child seat installation was also very professional and comfortable. The driver was a steady driver, communicative, energetic, and full of passion. Due to traffic jams, we went over the scheduled time, but the driver was very kind in calculating the extra time based on the hourly rate and patiently waited for us to finish our itinerary. The pricing is transparent, and there were no unclear extra charges at all. Compared to our previous chartered car experiences, the whole family is very grateful and satisfied with this trip. The driver was friendly and considerate, and the customer service was able to assist with itinerary adjustments in a timely manner. There were two different drivers for this three-day trip, and both of them were very considerate. They personally took us to the ticket gates at the aquarium and Yuquan Cave and gave us a brief introduction to the tour route.

Our tour leader, Zuo Minsang, is a Sichuan native who has lived in Okinawa for 30 years. He knows everything about the local history, attractions, and cuisine, and the itinerary was very well-organized. The tour leader meticulously reminded us of the must-see, must-photograph, and must-try foods at each attraction, thoughtfully catering to the needs of every member of the group. We opted for the Crystal Boat tour and were lucky enough to see sea turtles, beautiful fish, and enormous corals. The Okinawa World tour followed the guide's suggested order, featuring spectacular stalactites and a large drum performance, further enriching the trip. We originally planned to spend our free time on Nagano Island, but the October sun was just as intense, so we opted for IRS Toyosaki instead, which we also thoroughly enjoyed. This one-day trip is perfect for first-time Okinawa visitors without a car. It allows you to easily visit multiple attractions in one trip, and the driver's smooth driving ensured our family had a wonderful time.

Okinawa itself isn't very convenient for transportation, so getting around can be a bit troublesome if you don't choose to drive. My friend and I booked this day tour, and I felt it was great value for money. The only slight disappointment was that I thought the glass-bottom boat was a canoe, but otherwise the experience was excellent. The tour guide was very kind and patient, explaining Okinawa's history and tourism information along the way. If I come to Okinawa again, I will definitely choose a day tour. 👍🏻

The Japanese tour guide on the bus was very attentive, providing detailed explanations of Okinawan culture and dialect. The bus wasn't too crowded, with one person per row, and the seats were spacious and comfortable. The guides inside Gangala Valley were also very dedicated, explaining the easy forest trails – the paths were narrow and short, making for a relaxed walk. It was a small group trip, very relaxing and comfortable. Unlike other beautiful Churaumi aquarium tours, which are often crowded and packed with children, resulting in constant crying and crowds at the aquariums, making for a poor experience.
