一開始預訂後客服及傳訊息告知預訂的長頸鹿拍照時間為14:00，當日抵達後先搭遊園車逛園區、餵長頸鹿、看大象秀，大約13:35回到搭車處，導遊說讓我們稍後一下準備與長頸鹿拍照，結果一等等到14:15都無聲無息，一問之下導遊才說預定的拍照時間為14:30，當天實際拍照時間也延遲了10幾分鐘，這之間長達一個小時的等待時間，導遊只讓我們坐在那邊等待，明明在14:00時還有鱷魚秀可以看，但就只讓我們坐在那邊等，長輩還等到睡著，傳訊息給客服也只獲得I’m sorry的官方回應，感覺不到任何誠意（雖然知道客服確實也無法多做什麼，但感受實在很差） 。 另外前往一日遊的車子也不舒適，行程說附冰水但給的水一點都不冰，也沒有毛巾，離開動物園後去了咖啡廳，導遊說要幫我們拍照，拍出來的照片還有自己的手指，自拍都漂亮一百倍。 總之長頸鹿很療癒、動物很可愛，但整趟旅程舒適度跟體驗十分不佳，這一顆星是給長頸鹿的☺️

We booked a private trip with a driver and a guide. The can came to our hotel on time and the guide welcomed us onto the van. The van is clean and comfy. Because it was a private tour, we did not need to share with other guests and wait for and be waited by other guests. It made our trip more flexible. The historical sites are well maintained and magnificent. We did enjoy the trip as the guide took very good care of us especially our children. She was knowledgeable on history of Thailand. We were very grateful to meet this guide.

If you wanna join one day tour, I highly recommend you to join this group! Our tour guide Xiao Lee is very professional, and she helps everyone a lot ;) it’s an amazing experience, especially the market beside the trail way! By the way, this tour included three different markets. Therefore you can try many different kinds of local food and drink!!!
