Dear KKday Support, I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent order (Order number: 25KK296462412) for the Kenya Yoowifi portable device, rented from 13 to 22 June. Despite following all setup instructions and troubleshooting, the device did not provide any internet connection from the start. I reached out multiple times on 13 June through your platform, but your support team only responded at 7:29 PM, far too late for my urgent needs I was relying on the connection for transportation and GPS navigation. Yoowifi, your service provider, only responded to me at 4:30 AM Singapore time, which made the situation even worse. The delay made the device completely useless when I needed it most. This has been a terrible experience, and I no longer wish to use the service for the rest of the rental period. I have already emailed Yoowifi directly regarding this issue.
