Very nice view and comfortable rides. Staff was friendly, however, more signage station or routes could help the clients to enjoy the trip.

We purchased the pass hoping to visit several attractions in Osaka; at the end, we visited 1 attraction only and also did not use the trains and buses enough to make the pass worthwhile. We wasted quite a bit of money. Next time when I visit Osaka, I probably will not buy the Amazing Pass or at least not in advance. If you can take full advantage of the pass, it is definitely a good deal; however, if you want to take things slowly and not rushing in and out, it is better to just pay the train / bus fare whenever you use it and pay the admission fare to the attractions you actually visit.
