Unfortunately, the hiking part of the tour was canceled due to the heavy rain the previous night. It was disappointing, but the decision was clearly made with everyone’s safety in mind, and no other groups were allowed to do the hike either.
Even so, the team still made a short stop at the dock so we could take some photos, which was a nice touch.
Most of the guests were Chinese, and we were the only two people from Europe, but the staff still explained most of the information in English and made sure we never felt excluded. We really appreciated their effort and hospitality.
What could have been a disappointing day turned into an amazing snorkeling experience with several fantastic spots. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. They genuinely cared about every guest and went above and beyond to make sure everyone still had a great exp
The guide was friendly, which was great. The tour was conducted only in English, but it was easy to understand, so I think Japanese people wouldn't have any problems. We communicated in advance via LINE, and the tour departed directly from our hotel. The tour content and schedule were exactly as described.
