- Every 2 adults are allowed to bring 1 child under age 3 free of charge, must not occupy a seat, does not include meals and attraction tickets. Proof of age is required on-site. Please provide the number of children eligible in your party in the "Note" section when booking
- Actual itinerary is dependent on traffic conditions. It is recommended to avoid booking this tour on the first or last day of your trip as you might miss the tour or your flight due to traffic congestion
- Package includes private tent (2 - 3 travelers per tent), chairs, hand warmers, a bottle of water, breakfast, ice fishing experience, and 6- 8 kinds of snow activities (not available for children under age 3)

Since the journey takes a long time, it is recommended that guests bring enough warm clothes and neck pillows, as well as a mobile power bank with sufficient power.
In order to protect the rights and interests of all passengers fairly, the shuttle bus will depart on time and will not contact or wait for passengers individually before departure; please be sure to abide by the meeting time and arrive at the meeting place in advance. If you arrive late due to personal factors, the fee will not be refunded , please be informed.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 2 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
