- Due to a large number of visitors, please provide 2-3 alternative time slots at the time of booking. The confirmed final time will be sent to you and displayed on the voucher
- Minimum 10 years old. Children 14 and under require an adult to sign consent at check-in
- Participants must weigh between 35–220 kg
- Pregnant travelers, as well as guests who have photosensitive epilepsy (PSE), are not allowed to participate in this activity
- Guests who have high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy (excluding photosensitive epilepsy, see note above), broken or fractured bones or dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic or anxiety attacks, or recent sprains or muscular injuries must inform the staff on-site of their health condition
- Participants who have osteoporosis, scoliosis, or a recent concussion must provide a medical certificate issued by local physicians

Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
As the Nevis Canyon Swing site is located on private land, travellers are not allowed to drive there. The only option is to take the Swing Bus from the centre of Queenstown, And please ensure you check-in 30mins prior to bus departing
Please ensure you wear flat, secure and enclosed footwear. And it will be highly recommend layering-up and taking a jacket in winter season
