👉 We will provide alternative available tee times via text message or notification talk.
👉 If you wish to use the alternative tee time provided, please confirm within 10 minutes.
(As this is a real-time booking, responses after 10 minutes may result in the booking being unavailable.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the booking will be finalized, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter.
(If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

● The minimum number of people required for booking is 2.
● For 2-person rounds, you may be joined with other teams. We cannot guarantee a private 2-person round.
● Bookings are not available for morning time slots on weekends and public holidays; bookings are only available from 12:30 onwards.
● If there are fewer than 4 people in your group, a private round is not guaranteed. You may be joined with other players on-site.
● Please enter the English names as they appear on the passports of all participants when booking.
● After booking, tee time confirmation and customer support will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
● The tee times provided are based on real-time availability. You must confirm your booking within 10 minutes to finalize the reservation.
● Please check in 30 minutes before your scheduled tee time. Please present the passports of all participants upon check-in at the golf course.
● Please write your name in English on your golf bag name tag before departure.
● The golf course route may change depending on local conditions on the day of use.
● Due to golf course operating policies or local conditions, scheduled tee times may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice (tee-off times may be slightly delayed during the winter peak season at Southeast Asian golf courses in particular). No refunds or cancellations are permitted for these reasons.
● If you are unable to complete the round due to personal reasons, no refunds or rescheduling are permitted.
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00. Closed on weekends and public holidays. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for the application of cancellation fees.
We act as an intermediary for golf booking services, and the golf course provider is responsible for the golf services provided.
[Information Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters]
Golf courses generally continue operations even when it rains.
In most cases, squalls are temporary, and play continues after taking shelter. Therefore, unlike in Korea, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not permitted.
You must visit the golf course and follow their specific operating policies (e.g., rain vouchers, etc.).
